Acceptable Use Policy

Every customer page shares one parent domain. If a single page is used for phishing or malware, browser safety systems can flag the whole domain, and every other customer goes offline through no fault of their own.

That shared risk is why enforcement here is fast and unsentimental. It is not about taste; it is about not letting one bad page take down everyone else's.

Phishing, credential harvesting, or any page designed to make a visitor believe they are dealing with a different company, bank, government body or person.

Impersonating a real business, brand, public figure or official body, or using a name or logo you have no right to use.

Malware, ransomware, spyware, drive-by downloads, or linking to any of them.

Child sexual abuse material. We report this to law enforcement and to the relevant national hotline immediately, preserve evidence, and permanently ban the account.

Content that is illegal where you are or where your audience is, including illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, forged documents and stolen data.

Fraudulent financial or investment schemes: fake token launches, wallet-draining pages, pyramid and Ponzi schemes, guaranteed-return claims, romance-investment funnels.

Content that incites or glorifies violence, terrorism, or hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.

Sexually explicit material, and any sexual content involving or appearing to involve minors.

Doxxing, non-consensual intimate imagery, or publishing another person's private information.

Content that infringes copyright, trademark, patent or trade secret rights.

Using a page as a landing target for unsolicited bulk email, SMS or messaging spam.

Cloaking, deceptive redirects, or serving different content to us, to crawlers, and to visitors.

Adult services, gambling, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, vaping, CBD or similarly regulated categories where you cannot demonstrate the licences your jurisdiction requires.

Multi-level marketing recruitment, get-rich-quick offers, and fake job postings.

Deliberately hosting extremely large images purely to consume bandwidth, or otherwise abusing the Service as free file storage or a hotlinking CDN.

Automated abuse: scripted account creation, bulk subdomain registration, credential stuffing, scraping, or any attempt to probe, scan or overload the Service.

Circumventing a suspension by registering a new address or a new email.

Subdomains that match well-known brands, payment providers, banks or government bodies are blocked automatically, and near-variants are refused.

If you hold rights in a name that someone else has registered, write to abuse@onpage.site with evidence of your rights and the address in question. We generally reclaim and, where you are a customer, offer it to you.

We do not arbitrate genuine commercial disputes between two parties with plausible claims to the same name. In that situation we may suspend the address until you resolve it between yourselves or through a competent authority.

We may scan pages and outbound links automatically, including against third-party threat intelligence such as Google Web Risk.

Depending on severity we may: ask you to fix the problem within a stated period; disable a specific image or link; unpublish the page; suspend the account; or permanently terminate and reclaim the address.

For phishing, malware, fraud and material involving minors we act immediately and without prior notice. Suspension in these cases carries no refund.

For borderline cases we normally contact you first at the address on file and give you a chance to explain or correct.

Every enforcement action is logged with the reason, the actor and the timestamp.

If you believe a page was suspended in error, reply to the suspension email or write to support@onpage.site with your reasoning. We re-review and answer within 5 business days.

We keep the page's data through the appeal window so a reversal can restore it intact.

Anyone can report a page from the Report link in its footer, or by emailing abuse@onpage.site. Include the full address and what you believe is wrong.

Reports of phishing and malware are escalated immediately. Everything else is reviewed in the order received, normally within 2 business days.

Knowingly false reports submitted to harass a competitor may lead to your own access being restricted.
