Terms of Service

Version 2026-08-24

In short: you own your images, you are responsible for what you publish, we can take down pages that break the rules, and our financial liability is capped at what you paid us.

This agreement is written in English. Translations are provided for convenience only; if they conflict, the English version governs.

01Who we are and what this covers

onpage.site is operated by MJ HOLDINGS (엠제이홀딩스), a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea. Representative: Kim Myung Jun. Business registration number: 740-23-00878. Registered address: 84 Garak-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea. Contact: support@onpage.site.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and MJ HOLDINGS ("we", "us"), covering the website at onpage.site, every page published on a *.onpage.site subdomain, and all related services.

By claiming a subdomain, uploading content, or paying for a subscription, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter a contract. If you are using the Service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

02What the Service is

The Service publishes a landing page made of images you upload, at a subdomain you select, together with optional link buttons and basic visitor statistics.

The Service is deliberately narrow. It does not host arbitrary code, downloadable files, e-commerce checkout, or any email sending on your behalf. Do not rely on it for anything it does not explicitly provide.

A page may include an optional contact form. That form does not submit anything to us: it composes a message in the visitor's own browser and opens the visitor's own email application, already addressed to you. We do not receive, transmit, store, or process what a visitor types into it, and a visitor with no email application configured will not be able to send it. Any personal data a visitor sends you that way is between you and them, and you are the controller of it.

03Your subdomain is a licence, not property

Claiming a subdomain grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it while your subscription is active. You do not acquire ownership of the subdomain, of the domain onpage.site, or any trademark rights in either.

You may not sell, rent, auction or transfer a subdomain. Registering subdomains mainly to resell them, to block others, or to imitate an existing brand is prohibited.

We may reclaim or reassign a subdomain if it infringes a third party's trademark, is used in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, impersonates a person, brand or public body, is needed for the operation or security of the Service, or if a competent authority or court directs us to.

Where circumstances reasonably allow we will give notice and an opportunity to respond first. Where the issue is fraud, phishing, malware or a legal order, we may act immediately.

04Your content, and who is responsible for it

You keep all ownership of the images and text you upload. We claim no ownership over them.

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce, adapt (resize, re-encode, generate previews) and publicly display your content, solely to operate and deliver the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained in backups for a limited period.

You are solely responsible for everything published on your page. You confirm that you hold all rights necessary to publish it, that it infringes nobody's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights, and that it breaches no law applicable to you or to your audience.

We do not pre-screen content and have no obligation to monitor it. We may nonetheless review, scan, restrict, remove or suspend any content or page at any time, including automatically, where we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law, or where it creates risk for other customers or for us.

05Access to your page and account security

Access is tied to the email address you verify. Anyone who can receive email at that address can edit or delete your page. Securing that mailbox is your responsibility.

Tell us immediately at support@onpage.site if you believe your email account has been compromised. We are not liable for loss arising from unauthorised access that follows a compromise of your email, your device, or credentials you disclosed.

We may require re-verification at any time, and may refuse or revoke access where we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised use.

06Fees, billing and renewal

Subscriptions are USD 4.99 per month or USD 39.99 per year, charged in advance. Prices shown exclude taxes; VAT, GST, sales tax and similar charges are calculated and added at checkout.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as Merchant of Record and is the seller of record for your purchase. Paddle's own terms also apply to the payment transaction. We never receive or store your full card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing panel; your page stays online until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If a payment fails we retry and notify you. If it stays unpaid, your page may be unpublished. Your data is retained for the period set out in the Privacy Policy, so restoring service after payment is straightforward.

We may change prices. Existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice before a change takes effect and may cancel before it applies.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

07The AI design add-on

The AI add-on is a one-time purchase of USD 19.99 that generates one set of ten images (five desktop, five mobile) from the brief you submit, and includes up to three regenerations.

AI image generation is probabilistic. Output varies between runs and we cannot guarantee any specific composition, style, likeness, or that text rendered inside an image will be free of visual defects. The three included revisions exist precisely because iteration is expected.

You are responsible for reviewing every generated image before publishing it, including checking that text on it is spelled correctly and that it makes no claim you cannot substantiate.

In several jurisdictions, works generated by artificial intelligence without sufficient human authorship may not qualify for copyright protection. We make no representation that you will hold enforceable copyright in generated images, and none that a generated image will not resemble other works.

Do not submit a brief containing a third party's trademark, a real person's name or likeness, or copyrighted text you have no right to use. We may refuse or cancel such a brief, and will refund it where generation has not yet started.

08Availability, changes and discontinuation

We aim for high availability, but the Service is provided with no uptime commitment, no service-level agreement and no service credits. Interruptions occur: for maintenance, for provider outages beyond our control, and for reasons we cannot foresee.

The Service depends on third-party infrastructure including hosting, storage, email delivery, payment processing and AI providers. Their failures may interrupt the Service and are outside our control.

We may add, change or remove features at any time. If we discontinue the Service entirely we will give at least 60 days' notice to the email on file, stop charging you, and refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

09Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your page from the editor.

We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or delete a page, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if your payment fails, if the law requires it, or if continuing would expose us or our other customers to material legal, security or reputational risk.

Where a suspension follows a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, no refund is due. Where we terminate for our own convenience and you are not in breach, we refund the unused portion of your prepaid period.

Deleting your page releases the subdomain immediately and anyone may then claim it. Deletion of your images cannot be undone.

10Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; that visitor statistics are complete or accurate; that data will never be lost; or that any commercial or marketing result will be achieved.

Keep your own copies of every image you upload. Treat the Service as a publishing surface, not as a backup.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or lost or corrupted data, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service, on any theory of liability, will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded - including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any statutory rights consumers hold in their country of residence.

12Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim, demand, proceeding, loss, liability, damage, fine and reasonable legal cost arising out of the content you publish, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We will notify you of any such claim and may, at our option, assume its defence at your expense.

13Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the Seoul Central District Court is the court of first instance for any dispute.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose law grants mandatory protections, nothing above deprives you of those protections or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts where you live.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at support@onpage.site. Most issues are resolved quickly and informally.

14Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we give at least 30 days' notice by email to the address on file and by notice on the website, and the new version takes effect on the stated date. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the update.

Each version is dated. Your acceptance is recorded with the version, the date, and the IP address it came from.

15General

If any provision is held unenforceable it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in force.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, on notice to you.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Copyright Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service.
